Dear Ben, I want to thank you for the help and support during our home inspection in Breckenridge,Colorado this past August. You provided a detailed, yet concise account of all the different systems as well as structural integrity of the house, detailing the strengths and weaknesses in clear language. You were also helpful in formulating a sense of priority so we knew what we really had to address and which issues were less critical.

Additionally you made yourself available the day of the final walk through to help insure that final repairs had been completed properly. Throughout this process you were professional, courteous and incredibly patient answering all of my questions. I understand that now you are beginning your own company. I would like to serve as a reference for you. So please pass my e-mail to anyone who would like to speak in more detail about your competence and professionalism.

Ben Teague inspected our potential home for us in June of 2005. We found him to be extreemly professional and punctual, (he was even early to the appointment). Mr. Teague did a very thurough inspection of our home from the crawlspace to the roof and explained, in real terms, everything he was doing and his findings. He repeatadly made sure that we understood what he was looking for and the possible effects his findings would have on our purchase of the home. We found him to have a vast knowledge of Victorian era homes and building styles which was a comfort as we were purchasing a 140 yr. old home as our first home.

We highly reccomend Mr. Teague for all of the above reasons and many more that we do not have space to list. We will definately use Mr. Teague's services in the future as well as reccommend him to our neighbors.

Dear Ben, you have always been well-informed concerning the inspections of all the houses we have had you look at and always provide a more detailed report than other inspectors I have used in the past. You always return phone calls in a timely manner and bend over backwards to be accomadating to our schedule.Another plus to our business relationship has been your input based on the knowledge you have concerning the market in which these houses have been located. You have saved us time and money and the headache of making poor decisions. Plus, you have been encouraging when the property was a good choice to help us make more money on our investment properties. We have been most thankful to have you as a contact for our structural and cosmetic questions.

I heartily recommend the services provided by Ben Teague. Ben stepped into a difficult inspection situation, detailed needed action to remedy deficiencies which he located, and provided a cost estimate to remedy the deficiencies. Both buyers and sellers will benefit from using his experience and services.

Ben Teague has been my preferred inspector ever since I got into Real Estate. There is no other inspector in Summit or Grand Counties that I would rather work with. His inspections are clear and concise, his reports fair and honest.

Randy and I were told by all our friends that buying our first home would be stressful. Boy were they right! In the end, we got our beautiful home, nestled in the center of South Park, but it was no easy ride! At the time, it was HIGHLY recommended that we hire a building inspector to ensure that the house was in good condition and worth the price.

So, we hired Ben Teague. Randy and I were very impressed with Ben. When we arrived at the house, Ben informed us that the Inspection would take a few hours. He encouraged us to ask lots of questions. At the end of the Inspection, Ben spent about 20-30 minutes writing up a detailed reportof the house. This was extremely helpful because we couldn'tpossibly remember all the things that Ben mentioned or suggested we do to update and preserve the house. What we also liked about Ben is that it was clear he had years of experience. It was also clear Ben enjoyed the work as he was cheerful, friendly and willing to spend as much time as was needed. Randy and I look forward to utilizing Ben's services in the future.

Based upon my experiences, the measure of a successful service provider is the degree of integrity of the owner of the business and the people who work for the company. Too many times in the home construction business, lack of integrity, substandard performance, and unsubstantiated pricing/costs are normal business practice. Retention of Ben Teague to provide an objective, thorough inspection ofthe property for sale is one of the best proactive steps a buyer can take to ensure their decision to purchase is made based upon all available facts.

Personal experience led me to retain the services of Ben Teague to inspect a newly constructed mountain property we recently purchased. While we hoped that the highest construction practices were used by the developers construction company, major difficulties we experienced during the construction phase and numerous documented examples of lack of integrity by the builder were factors in our retention of Mr. Teague to provide us with the necessary information as to the general condition of the property. Mr. Teague entered into a difficult situation with a level of expertise the builder could not reasonably question.

Mr. Teague's success is demonstrated by the balance of a thorough inspection that will objectively identify both acceptable and unacceptable practices in the construction and condition of a structure. While Mr. Teague must display a straight forward approach when dealing with both parties to the transaction, he exhibited a manner that will only intimidate the contractor that has something to hide or is not knowledgeable about acceptable construction techniques. Mr. Teague understands that loyalty to the party that retains his services is based upon an objective inspection of theproperty as the best service he can perform.

In summary, based upon our experiences with Ben Teague, I would highly recommend his services.
